Reverberation
Reverberation in a room can be modeled as the convolution of a sound and the impulse response of the room.
Several effects are shown here:
- No effect : the impulse repsonse is an impulse at time \(t=0\) with amplitude 1.
- Delay : an impulse is added, modeling a delay.
- Delays : several pulses, with uniform delay and exponentially decreasing amplitudes.
- Artificial reverberation: reflections with various delays and amplitudes simulate the reverberation of a room.
Drag the impulses to test different settings.
